Hola!
I would love to play a show in Keene the next time I’m there - truth is, though, I don’t know when I’ll be there! I’m hoping to make my way back for the Alumni Swim Meet like I did this past fall, which would give me some time there - but I promise that I will keep you posted!
Rockin’ for Wapiyapi - Part 7: I Found a Boy (Adele cover)
Here we go with part 7 of the Rockin’ for Wapiyapi fundraiser! We’ve raised over 3,500 dollars so far, and we’re still at it! This video goes out to Gabby and the Bunch Family - thank you for your donation!
Also, on the fundraising front, I’d like to announce that my May 25th show with Jillian Henriques is now a Rockin’ for Wapiyapi LIVE event! Come on out to The Laughing Goat Cafe, Friday May 25th, at 7:30pm and show some love! All donations received will be going directly into the Rockin’ for Wapiyapi fundraiser to help send children with cancer and their siblings to camp for FREE!

Rockin’ for Wapiyapi - Part 6: Say it Ain’t So
This is one of my favorite songs. When I got a request to play some Weezer, I knew right away that this would be the one. JC and I wanted to have some fun with this since we’d been playing it for a bit, so we threw on our goofy costumes and had at it. He never ceases to amaze me with his improv on guitar! Even our four-legged friend, Eddie, makes an appearance in this one. This goes out to my good friend Carey DeGenaro for her generous donation!

Rockin’ for Wapiyapi - Part 5: Girl from Ipanema
I gotta tell you, this one was a challenge. Bouncing between keys and hitting some serious sharps and minor 7ths, singing this song was tough. JC and I decided to have some fun with it, though (you’ll notice our upper lips are shiny, because we taped fake mustaches on). This one goes out to Judy Walter and family for their generous donation!
The “Rockin’ for Wapiyapi” fundraiser has taken off, and we have raised over 3,500 dollars so far! Thanks to all your donations, we have the ability to send 4 campers to Wapiyapi for completely free!

Rockin’ for Wapiyapi fundraiser - Part Four: Two Step
And here we have it… the fourth installment to our “Rockin’ for Wapiyapi” fundraiser response! This video finds me dressed for success and in the midst of a business meeting with a gargoyle. I’d like to dedicate this song to Mike and Lynn Perreault for their generous donations - Thank You! Visit givingfirst.org/rockinforwapiyapi to donate today!
This summer I will be volunteering my time at Camp Wapiyapi, which is a week-long summer camp for children with cancer and their siblings. A cancer diagnosis in a child turns their whole family’s world upside down, and often the siblings seem to be marginalized while their brothers or sisters are being treated and cared for. Camp Wapiyapi strives to create an environment where these children can feel normal; where they can do anything they want to and truly just enjoy being a kid. Known as the “best week of the year”, Wapiyapi has been making a difference for 14 years.
One of the best parts of Wapiyapi is that kids don’t have to pay to be there. Each child is matched with a “companion” for the week (an adult to have fun with them and keep them safe), and the camp covers the cost for all. It comes out to cost about $800 for each child, and $400 for each volunteer. I would like to send as many kids for free as possible!
For every $500 we raise, I will post a new song/video of your choice! Submit song requests via email!
Rockin’ for Wapiyapi - Part Three: Thank God I’m a Country Boy
Thanks to some generous donations and support, we have raised $1,000 for Camp Wapiyapi, a Colorado-based camp that operates for children with cancer and their siblings. As part of my fundraising campaign, I have pledged to post song request ‘thank you’ videos for you all, and here is the third installment. This one goes out to Mary Swanson and family - thank you for your donation!

Hey everyone!
As a volunteer, each of us is responsible for doing some fundraising. It is my goal to send as many children to camp as I possibly can; I’d love to be able to fund the whole camp if I could! Realistically, I’m setting a goal of $3,000. Ideally, we’ll crush that goal, but it’s OK if we don’t. Any amount helps! You’ll be doing a great thing for some really great kids.
I’ve also set up a website for easy donating - and with each $100 that is donated, I will post a video of myself (and other musical guests!) performing songs of your choice! Head on over to http://givingfirst.org/rockinforwapiyapi to donate and see more info.
